Our Story
Figgis Family Vineyard was founded in memory of our beloved son and brother, Chris.
Tragically, Chris (nicknamed Figgy), took his own life in 2022, he was 18. It was his dream to work with family on the land and so in his memory we planted our first vineyard. With family values deeply rooted in all we do, Sean, Stephanie and Alistair aim to create the best possible English wines for you to enjoy.
We are excited to share our vineyard and wines with you.
Here's to new beginnings...
Sean, Steph and Ali.
The Vineyard
A family-run vineyard at Mount Ephraim in Kent, near Faversham. The Figgis Family have a long history of growing fruit in Kent and are now using that experience and knowledge of the area to grow grapes at this unique site.
Our Wines
Our first release from the 2025 vintage is a light, bright sparkling wine we have called βFiggyβs Fizzβ, in honour of our late son, Chris βFiggyβ Figgis. Itβs the first wine we have produced and we are excited to share it with you.
The Listening Place
